Business Analyst Light Duty

In this position, as a member of global segment controlling team, you will perform various internal reporting and analysis. As a junior business controller, you will support the controlling manager to identify issues and opportunities on further business growth as well as process optimization. On this position you will strive for reporting quality and business steering via analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

• University Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar academic background

Working Experience:

• Proven work-experience in comparable Finance/Controlling role preferred

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Advanced Excel skills;
• Proficiency in both- spoken and written, English and German, Chinese language is a plus
• Experience in visualizing data in Power BI or relevant data visualization software is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform business profitability analysis at Light Duty (LD) segment/OEM/product levels and support the controlling manager to identify issues and opportunities and be responsible for monthly product level database preparation and data quality improvement
• Support global monthly closing reports and analysis, such as LD volume and margin tracking and coordinate cross-functional teams data collection
• Support on monthly LD commentary, risk and opportunity, extraordinary items tracking
• Support Global LD commercial and marketing team on segment controlling topics
• Support the annual strategic planning preparation and analysis, such as volume, margin, and fixed cost budget of global functions and sites
• Support annual price reduction/rebate/commission calculation and tracking
• Be a key user of FONE system
