Training & IT Application Coordinator
The Training & IT Application Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global training programs across Environment, Health, Safety (EHS), Product Stewardship, and Security. This role will design and manage a comprehensive training strategy that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supports employee competence and engagement, and fosters a culture of safety, sustainability, and security.
The coordinator will collaborate with global and local EHS, PS and Security, HR, business units, and external partners to identify training needs, develop content, and deploy effective training solutions using modern learning platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and cocreation of training materials with EHS, Product Stewardship, and Security experts.
- Manage global training platforms and applications (e.g. Success Factor, LinkedIn Learning), ensuring ease of access and user experience.
- Implement appropriate training program (assign training, track training progress etc.)
- Establish standardized processes, tools, and metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with global policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Develop engaging training content in collaboration with EHS, Product Stewardship and Security experts (classroom, e-learning, virtual, blended).
- Track, analyze, and report training metrics to leadership and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to local EHS coordinators and training administrators about application usage and training materials.
- Stay current with industry learning technologies and training best practices.
- Drive digitalization and innovation in training delivery and measurement.
- Promote a learning culture that supports safety, security, and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Digital Applications, IT) or related field.
- Experience in training Environmental Science or/and Occupational Health & Safety topics is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development or corporate training roles.
- Experience in global training program design, implementation, and management.
- Proven track record with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and training applications.
- Strong knowledge of EHS, Product Stewardship, and/or Security principles is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures.
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms, e-learning design tools, and MS Office suite.
- High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken), Proficiency in Polish (written and spoken).
