Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the SCA responsible in managing the monthly intercompany invoicing cycle.
  • Prepare Excel templates for global and regional service charge-outs.
  • Extract actual booked costs from all SCA-relevant cost centers and apply the latest allocation keys to calculate each ECMS legal entity’s share.
  • Generate intercompany invoices related to SCA using BOT automation tools.
  • Coordinate with local and global finance teams to ensure timely invoice posting at the receiving entities.
  • Prepare and provide journal entry templates for charge-out transactions.
  • Ensure timely posting of journal entries at the sending entities.
  • Maintain and regularly update the SCA charging overview and invoice tracker for transparent and traceable monthly charge-outs.
  • Perform reconciliations of intercompany charge-outs and manage true-up processes to correct variances.
  • Maintain and update service charging characterization documentation.
  • Support the tax team by coordinating the collection and submission of audit documentation.

 

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data handling)
  • Experience in intercompany processes and service charge agreements is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, especially in a global/multinational environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
