Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Procurement spend data and costs to ensure understanding of monthly results.
  • Analyze variances utilizing key financial metrics, identify areas that require attention, communicate actionable information & drive change measure for the benefit of the wider org.
  • Lead reporting, analysis, and commentary for the monthly business reports for procurement submission to LT.
  • Manage development of comprehensive financial dashboards for procurement and improve analytics capabilities and reporting solutions (Microsoft power tools etc).
  • Monitor reporting data quality and ensure financial reporting tools are providing the key metrics required for business steering.
  • Drive simplification and productivity improvements around reporting processes with a key focus on improving automation and business analytics capabilities to enable focus on highest value areas and project manage new tool/resource adoption.
  • Provide support for various ad-hoc financial analyses and Controlling projects.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree required (in relevant field).
  • Full ability to work and communicate in English.
  • Demonstrable multi year management reporting and analytical interpretation skills.
  • Project Management & Business Process Improvement Experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills & drive to improve insight capability.
  • You have deep international project management experience with larger and interdisciplinary teams.
  • You are a motivated and motivating team player with strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • You are highly creative and interested in establishing new approaches to create value and establish new solutions to business related questions.
  • Demonstrable workload management, prioritisation & multi-tasking skills.
