Internship: Microsoft 365 Copilot Onboarding & Automation

• Support the build‑out of a SharePoint Copilot Hub (pages, navigation, content structure)
• Help configure Power Automate flows for onboarding automation
• Assist in integrating:

• • SharePoint
  • Entra ID (Azure AD) groups
  • ServiceNow request workflows
  • SuccessFactors training completion logic

• Maintain onboarding status lists and basic reporting
• Document processes and create simple how‑to guides
• Test end‑to‑end onboarding scenarios and suggest improvements
• Work with IT, HR/Learning, and Security stakeholders

• Student or recent graduate in:

• • IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Business, or similar

• Basic understanding of:

• • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)

• Strong interest in:

• • Automation
  • AI tools
  • Digital workplace solutions

• Ability to follow structured processes and document work clearly
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)

• Basic knowledge of:

• • Power Automate
  • SharePoint lists or pages
  • Azure / Entra ID concepts

• Experience with:

• • Low‑code / no‑code tools
  • Process documentation

• Curiosity about AI, Copilot, or automation
