Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing workforce data using Excel to support decision-making processes
  • Research and suggest improvements to HR processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents
  • Assist in working through the day-to-day tasks of the team

 

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, as the team operates internationally (B2/C1 level)
  • Willingness to work in an international team, for 3 months, 40 hours per week
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to report findings, collaborate with team members, and convey complex data insights
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex workforce data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions to improve workforce efficiency and planning
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and implement workforce planning strategies
  • A degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources or Data Analytics, would be beneficial
