The Procurement function plays a critical role in enabling business success through strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration and operational excellence. As part of our global team, you will drive value creation across indirect categories in EMEA while leading the global strategy for Fabricated Equipment. You will contribute to cross-functional leadership as a member of the EMEA CC-EE Leadership Team and interface closely with the Global Technology function to ensure supplier alignment and innovation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a senior leader in our Procurement organization, you will:

· Own the global category strategy for Fabricated Equipment, driving supplier innovation, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation

· Interface with the Global Technology function to ensure supplier performance, sustainability, and innovation are embedded in sourcing strategies

· Lead the indirect procurement activities for EMEA, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional business needs

· Represent Procurement in the EMEA CC-EE Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and cross-functional alignment

· Guide and develop a team of ~11 direct reports across multiple countries, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

· Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and sustainability metrics to ensure continuity and competitiveness

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead global negotiations, and manage supplier relationships for Fabricated Equipment

· Identify and mitigate supply risks, including single and sole sourcing scenarios, and implement robust contingency plans

REQUIREMENTS:

· A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus

· Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Procurement or related functions such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations

· Proven track record in category management, strategy development, and supplier negotiations, ideally in a global industrial environment

· Experience leading cross-functional and geographically diverse teams

· Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across regions and functions

· Fluent in English and German or Polish; additional European languages are a plus

· High level of ownership, analytical thinking, and business acumen
