Global AI Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead innovation and validate AI company-wide opportunities based on state-of-the-art Computer Vision, NLP, and modern LLM services and models.
• Assess the needs of clients to identify suitable AI applications.
• Research, test and select the best tools and technologies as well as AI solutions to meet the business requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI models and solutions.
• Provide guidance and leadership in the implementation of machine learning algorithms and AI applications.
• Document AI architecture and solutions for reference and training purposes.
• Create standards of delivery including frameworks and best practices for MLOps and AI solutions.
• Research and stay current with the latest advancements in AI technology (both models/algorithms and tools/libraries/SaaS/APIs).
• Ensure the security and compliance of AI solutions.
• Train and mentor team members on AI technologies and solution development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of AI solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mgmt. info systems (MIS) or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of IT experience as Artificial IntelligenceI (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, Data Scientist or similiar role
• Experience in creating and delivering AI and Machine Learning solutions exceptionally good understanding of latest trends in AI solutions
• Experience in managing and interacting with third party service providers
• Work experience in project management and / or a PMP certification
• Experience working within an agile/SCRUM environment
• Deep knowledge of AI applications and machine learning
• AI models for Data Analytics in business process areas like Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing.
• Understanding of software architecture principles.
• Ability to assess business needs, recommend AI solutions, and align them with strategic goals.
• Understand industry trends and provide expert advice on AI adoption
• Demonstrated experience identifying support issues and improvements
• Strong product and business oriented thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of self-motivation to make things happen in a new environment
• Full business proficiency in English (C1 level)
