RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded
- Prepare the intercompany reconciliation
- Work with other departments to obtain necessary information to create monthly accruals
- Perform monthly / quarterly financial reports and analysis
- Prepare monthly document journals and reconcile the balance sheet accounts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflow quality
- Internal and external year-end audit support
- Reconcile VAT account, BS accounts,
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end-close and financial reporting information
- Record fixed asset purchases, reconcile investment process in FA books
- Analyze and describe balance sheet and operating fluctuations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master degree (Accounting or relevant)
- 4+ years of experience in corporate / GL function
- experience in production company is a must
- SAP FI, FA,
- Polish local tax knowledge CIT VAT WHT
- Reporting experience (GUS,NBP)
- IFRS - very good knowledge
- Highly motivated, flexible, while maintain attention to the detail
