Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for global Service Charging Agreement (SCA) process and ensure transactions are posted correctly during the monthly charge-out and periodic true-up processes.
  • Review cost center reporting and provide guidance to functional teams for cost control and optimization in support of financial targets.
  • Provide reporting and analysis support for the monthly forecasting process.  Analyze P&L and costs to ensure understanding of monthly results. Analyze variances utilizing key financial metrics and identify areas that require attention.
  • Support yearly budgeting process and interface with business units and functions on analysis of budget proposals.
  • Drive simplification and productivity improvements around reporting processes with a key focus on improving automation and business analytics capabilities to enable focus on highest value areas.
  • Update Power BI reports monthy and support development of new reports to improve data transparency.
  • Support ad-hoc requests for various analyses and projects in support of the business.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Polish language.
  • Experience in reporting and transactions in an SAP environment.
  • Cost reporting and functional or business controlling experience.
  • Report development and analysis.
  • Power BI experience preferred or interest to acquire experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP S/4 .
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data analytics.
