Vault Planner/Coordinator - Union, NJ

As the Vault Planner/Coordinator you will LEAD by……

We are seeking a professional like you to join our team. In this role, the vault planner / Coordinator plays a critical role participating in the entire lifecycle of the vault operations including requirements, development, quality assurance, movement, documentation, and support of high value assets.

In this role you will.......

• Collaborate with the Trading Desk, Operations and Vault Manager to align forecasts to ensure the timely availability of inventory
• Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of high value products
  • Oversee secure transport and ensure full chain of custody documentation
  • Manage customs paperwork and regulatory filings
• Track and reconcile our physical holdings with digital records using SAP to ensure everything is accounted for.
• Ensure that all transactions and movements are accurately reflected in SAP to prevent discrepancies
• Monitor strict security protocols and maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment, including equipment checks and adherence to PPE standards.
• Work with the IT group to enhance the accuracy and tracking of inventory movements.
• Collaborate with IT to bring on the ground insight with IT’s technical experience to ensure the vault system is fully functional
• Work environment is in a climate-controlled vault or office
• Will be part of a small team where attention to detail, versatility and reliability are key

• This position will report directly to the Vault Manager

Your elements for success…..

• Bachelor’s degree required Logistics or supply chain preferred
• 3+ years working with SAP logistics coordinating shipments and receipts
• Strong communication skills

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
