As a Research Engineer, Reactor Testing Group you will LEAD by…

  • Managing, operating and troubleshooting multiple reactor systems (mix of standard and moderately complex systems) used for catalyst evaluation.
  • Supporting reactor setup, modifications, and repurposing activities
  • Developing experimental protocols and ensure accurate execution of catalyst testing
  • Utilizing Python and/or VBA for data analysis and workflow efficiency
  • Identifying and resolving routine operational issues; escalating complex issues as needed
  • Maintaining data integrity and contributing to reporting and documentation
  • Demonstrating your experience working in a research lab environment, you will have a strong focus on safety and drive a zero-incident mindset.
  • Adhering to the ISO 9001/TS 16949 quality standard, you will perform and document calibration, verification, maintenance activities in various databases and be diligent about lab procedures and continuous improvement.

 

 

Your elements for success…

 

  • Bachelor’s and 5 years or Masters and 2 years of experience in Chemical Engineering or a related field with knowledge of catalysts.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and troubleshooting complex, high throughput laboratory reactors required.
  • Experience in Python and/or VBA are highly desired.
  • Ability to work independently on defined tasks with limited supervision

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $90k-$125k annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
