RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Management:
- Leading, motivating, and developing technical teams.
- Setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- Managing budgets and resources for the department.
Technical Operations and Strategy:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the technical department.
- Developing and implementing technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Ensuring system reliability and availability.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Project Management:
- Managing technical projects from conception to completion.
- Overseeing the planning, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of technical infrastructure.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implementing and maintaining best practices for technical operations.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders.
- Communicating technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Working with vendors and partners to ensure that technical needs are met.
Quality and Continuous Improvement:
- Ensuring the quality of technical products and services.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree – technical profile
Experience:
- Manufacturing industry – 10 years and more
- Work in a similar position for 10 years or more
- Experience in team management – 5 years and more
Language: English – advance
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of legal requirements regarding the operation of machinery and equipment
- Project management
- Knowledge of labour law
- Knowledge of operational risk assessment
- Knowledge of spare parts management principles
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S) – advanced level
- Knowledge of MS Excel – advanced level
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 requirements
- Knowledge of specific customer requirements in the subordinate work area
- SEP E1/2/3 D1/2/3 energy license
