Supervisor/ Assistant Manager, Site Controlling

Objectives of the Position

• Assist the site controller to implement China Emission Catalysts business financial analysis reporting/policies/procedures and practices including preparations of business and cost reporting, monthly financial forecast, annual budgeting, etc. in an efficient manner

Main Tasks

• Leading BCSC site business analysis & product costing team
• Support site controller on internal and external audit and any other project
• Lead site costing & analysis team to support BCSC site on product costing analysis by customer …
• Lead site costing & analysis team to support site controller on BCSC site on annual business planning and monthly rolling forecasting.
• Lead site costing & analysis team for site product costing reporting
• Act as site ICTP gate keeper
• Act as deputy of site controller for PGM urgent purchasing approval and other financial urgent approval

Minimum Education and Qualification 

• Education: Accounting Bachelor, CPA or other international accounting certificate is preferred
• Working Experience: 8+ years’ manufacturing working experience with at least 5-year cost accounting experience. Working experience with JV, WOFE is preferred.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Familiar with office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, SAP related experience is preferred Outstanding presentation technique, fluent spoken and good written English
