Sales Operations Officer

Objectives of the Position

1.    Complete tasks assigned by HDD&GIA Director and direct Supervisor.
2.    To ensure efficient end-of-end management of CES sample and order processes. Support KA in coordinating project execution, deliver data-driven insights and operational information, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration to drive business continuity and growth.
3.    Detailed sales operations for supporting and supervising HDD & GIA team to achieve business targets.

Main Tasks

1.Admin Support to Beijing Office & Director
•    Assist the sales director in travel arrangement and expense management.
•    Support Beijing office and Supervisor’s daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
2.Sales Operation
•    Commercial risk analysis on key operational indicators such as DIV, DSO, credit management etc., 
•    Support team for timely Strategic Planning update, provide clear guidance, and maintain accurate date.
•    Manage full process of CES’s samples work and provide all the support to KAM. Monitor CES precious metal inventory and conduct monthly reconciliation. Draft sales agreements, rebate terms, sales related contracts, and drive approval workflows.
3.OEM Management
•    Drive the business with assigned OEM, maintaining delivery stability, and exploring new opportunities.
4.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor 

Minimum Education and Qualification Required

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Chemistry, Statistics, Materials Science, Sales & Business, Engineering etc.
•    Prior working experience is not a prerequisite for this position.
•    Technical & Professional Knowledge
    o    Self motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative
    o    Fluent in oral and written English
    o    Data analysis capability 
    o    International insights
