Objectives of the Position
- This job exists to govern Manufacturing & Engineering ERP and non-ERP landscape in line with the IT vision and strategy
- This job will increase business and operational efficiency using business knowledge to assess change opportunities, and ensure sufficient demand and services from outsourcing provider
- The role requires heavy coordination between stakeholders and outsourcing providers to understand and communicate needs and change requests
Main Tasks
- Globally responsible for coordinating end-to-end ERP process and non-ERP application landscape for Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, Integrated Business Planning, Project Systems, Integration of other process
- Act as main point of contact on global level for Manufacturing and Engineering IT Product, provide guidance and expertise for ERP and Non-ERP applications
- Lead demand management, ensuring completeness of regional and country-specific product requirements and identification of architecture inter-dependencies
- Design necessary changes and system specifications aimed at satisfying the business and regulatory requirements – engage with outsourcing provider where needed
- Initiate process improvement implementations (standardization, automation & simplification) in SAP S/4 Hana and non-ERP application landscape in coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure Global architecture and change principles are being followed
- Document global business processes and work on related systems specifications
- Lead and/or support projects regarding process improvements
- Promote and support exchange with functional counterparts, other IT Product Owners, IT function and the Global/Local key user community
- Define required capabilities for Manufacturing processes and information management
- Build user capabilities (e.g. via trainings)
- Take part in the Manufacturing & Engineering Community of Practice
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
- Education: Bechelor or above
- Working Experience: 8 Years+ relevant experience
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of ERP end to end solutions; Experience in managing business solutions, specifically ERP Suites and how they translate into business impact
- Specialist knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with experience in PTM modules (e.g. Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, Integrated Business Planning, Project Systems, Integration of other process)
- Understanding of interfaces with Operations Technology (e.g. MES)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of self-motivation to make things happen in a new environment
- Strong product- and business-oriented thinking
- Full business proficiency in English and local language
