Lab Technician

Objectives of the Position：
1.    Follow up EHS policy of company and lab.
服从公司和实验室的EHS政策
2.    Be responsible for daily work of chemical analysis work position.
负责性能分析岗位的日常工作。
3.    Be responsible for testing accuracy and on time of XRF and ICP-OES.
负责XRF，ICP-OES等项目的测试准确性和及时性。
4.    Be responsible for assigned other lab works.
负责实验室安排的其他工作。

Main Tasks：

1.    Observe the company EHS policy, procedures and working instruction.
遵守公司的EHS政策、程序和工作指令。
2.    Be responsible for daily operation and safety of Chemical Analysis Position according to related SOP and W.I.

根据相关的作业指导书，负责化学分析岗位的日常操作和安全
3.    Be responsible for all operation of XRF and ICP-OES testing process, including sample making, testing and data reporting.
负责XRF和ICP-OES项目的所有测试流程，包括样品制备、测试和数据汇报。

4.    Be responsible for position area 5S management.

负责本测试岗位的5S管理。
5.    Be responsible for testing data accuracy, check data trend, report data on time and arrange re-testing if necessary. 
负责测试数据的准确性，检查数据趋势，及时汇报数据并在需要时安排复测。

6.    Be responsible for necessary operation in both SAP and LIMS system. 

负责SAP和LIMS系统中的相关操作。
7.    Be responsible for assigned other lab works.
负责实验室安排的其他工作。

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position：

1.   Education: Technical Secondary School in Chemical Engineering
教育水平：化学工艺大专以上学历
2.   Working Experience: At least 1 years and laboratory in Chemical manufacturing or related environment.

工作经验：化学品生产或相关行业实验室一年以上工作经验
3.   Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Basic writing and reading in English; Be familiar with MSDS of general lab reagent. 

技术要求：基本的英语读写能力/熟悉常见实验室试剂的MSDS。
