CCRM Supervisor

Objectives and Main Tasks of the Position

  • Perform daily operations including daily cash application, EBAD management, block order controls (reasons, judgements, and follow-up), credit monitoring and account receivable check.
  • Support monthly finance closing with SOA & Dunning management (assisting clarify payment discrepancies with customers) IFRS 9 provision evaluation, ECL impairment testing, credit review set up and overdue analysis report with long aging follow up.
  • Act local credit role with monitoring new customer set up package, credit line check, customer ratings maintenance, payment term approval, D&B report tracking and prolongation control.
  • Coordinate with global credit team in review of GCC customers, allocation adjustment for credit line for each site, report AR overdue status and reasons, bad debts/doubtful debts assessment and DSO analysis.
  • Follow up with lawsuit cases with legal team and support billing/data collection & act final write off approval.
  • Both internal and external audit control process for CCRM position, including check point performance, AR confirmation chops and regular audit questions support.
  • Closely contact all respective stakeholders within the process flow, act as a strong partner and coordinate to set up a reliable and effective communication channel.
  • Participate in global CCRM projects on behalf of China.
  • Other ad hoc projects and tasks such as providing proper training to sales and other business teams etc.

Minimum Education and Qualification 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with preferred ACCA, CPA or other professional certifications.
  • Working Experience: at least 5 years internal company working experience in finance, accounting and reporting.
