Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Enjoy your weekends! Overtime as needed)

Position Overview
Are you an expert in precision maintenance looking to take ownership of site reliability? As a Reliability Specialist/Technician, you will lead and execute precision, preventive (PM), and predictive (PdM) maintenance tasks. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime, maximizing asset life, and mentoring the next generation of technicians in a world-class manufacturing environment.
As a Reliability Specialist, you will:
- Lead Precision Maintenance: Execute high-level alignment, shaft-sealing installations, balancing, torquing, and lubrication according to OEM standards.
- Drive PdM/PM Programs: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools for vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic inspections.
- Optimize Workflows: Assist with work order planning, scheduling, and ensuring necessary parts and resources are ready for efficient execution.
- Own Root Cause Analysis: Support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify failure modes and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Mentor & Train: Serve as a technical subject matter expert, training and mentoring maintenance and operations personnel on reliability best practices.
- Manage Special Projects: Coordinate specialized contractors and support Turnaround (TAR) planning (including relief devices, regulators, and vessel inspections).
- Maintain Documentation: Accurately track and log all maintenance, asset history, and mechanical integrity data within the CMMS.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on maintenance or reliability experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with precision maintenance practices, PdM technologies, and CMMS asset management workflows.
- Planning Capabilities: Direct experience with work order planning and resource scheduling.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
- Certifications: Vibration Analysis (ISO Category I or II), Ultrasonic Certifications (Level 1), Laser Alignment/Balancing training, or specialized Lubrication training.
- Deep familiarity with pump curves, pump sizing, and technical drawing interpretation.
