As a Distribution Associate, you will…

Be responsible for working in team environment to ensure Customer Satisfaction while meeting the Business Objectives (Metal velocity).

Learn and Utilize SAP tools to be able to manage Truck and Rail Fleet logistics.
Collaborate daily with operations to ensure the Supply Plan is communicated efficiently.
Collaborate with Customer Care Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Crosstrain and perform functions related to Site Logistics, production demand planning, and Raw Material Purchasing.
Embrace Safety as a core value for all, encouraging teammates to excel in Operational Discipline and Excellence.
Maximize operational efficiency, quality and reliability through use of Lean Tools.

Qualifications:

Have a High School Diploma and 0 to 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics or Distribution

The competitive Pay Rate for this role is $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
