We’re looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join our growing team and own the customer experience from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage customer accounts, process settlements and payments and ensure accuracy at every step. You’ll be the link between Customers, Sales, Operations & Trading, making sure information flows seamlessly and issues are resolved quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a global business.

This position can be located at our Seneca OR Converse site in Spartanburg, SC.  Initial training period will require travel to both sites.  After initial 90+ day orientation/training period, this position has the potential to be hybrid with a required minimum of 2 days in office. 

As a Commercial Support Coordinator, you will…    

• Manage assigned customer accounts, handling everything from material receipt to final settlement.
• Process settlements and payments with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Verify transactions and documentation in SAP, ensuring that our company compliance policy is adhered to.
• Liaise with our internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to make processes more efficient.

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy, comfortable handling large & complex transactions.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline driven, high volume environment.
• A team player who embraces learning opportunities and provides support across all areas of the department.

The competitive Pay Rate for this role is $70,000.00-$75,000.00/year. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
