We are looking for a proactive Trade Operations & Data Administrator to support our fast‑moving, high‑value trading business running with accuracy, confidence, and operational excellence.

Your work helps enable effective trading, risk management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- What You’ll Be Doing
Trade Data & Credit Support
- Maintain accurate trade static and master data in SAP and Trinity.
- Coordinate credit limit updates and support monitoring, renewals, and documentation.
- Handle internal/external data queries and ensure compliant customer/counterparty records.
Operational & System Support
- Develop strong knowledge of the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle.
- Ensure data alignment between SAP and Trinity and support operational continuity when needed.
Controls, Compliance & Documentation
- Support internal controls, FRC/FCA compliance, and audit requirements.
- Keep process documentation and control evidence up to date.
Team Knowledge & Resilience
- Share knowledge across Operations and maintain clear documentation for cross‑coverage.
- Support onboarding through system and process walkthroughs.
Projects & Improvements
- Contribute to testing, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on team projects and provide cover where require
- What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years’ experience in a trading back office or fast‑paced financial services environment.
- Experience with trading systems and/or ERP platforms (SAP experience a bonus).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive, team‑focused approach.
- Solid proficiency with Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint and Visio.
