We’re seeking a driven and experienced finance professional to take the reins as London Controller in our London Trading office, shaping performance insights and delivering financial transparency to leaders across the globe.

You'll lead a team, provide essential insight to leadership and drive financial excellence across one of the most fast-paced and complex markets: precious metals trading.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and empower a skilled Controlling team to deliver clear, high quality work.

  • Drive financial transparency across revenue, costs, and KPIs — supporting commercial decision-making .

  • Partner closely with traders and operations, gaining exposure to physical trading, hedging, and settlements.

  • Be accountable for financial close processes, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment.

  • Take ownership of audit, compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management.

  • Collaborate globally, sharing best practices and continuously improving processes to add real business value.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership in a Controlling role — you know how to build and support a motivated, effective finance team.

  • Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong technical foundation in IFRS.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial control, ideally in a trading or commodity environment.

  • A sharp commercial mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insight.

  • Experience with derivatives, multi-currency accounting, and global reporting standards.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — you can constructively challenge, persuade, and partner effectively across teams and seniority levels.
