Are you ready to build a career in global trading? We’re looking for a motivated Junior Trading & Commercial Specialist to join our London-based team and support our metals trading and commercial operations across international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of trading—from quoting and sourcing to risk and inventory management—while working directly with experienced traders, commercial managers, and cross-functional teams.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Assist in preparing commercial proposals and financial models.
Support quoting, hedging, and pricing for precious metals deals.
Track inventory, sales performance, and internal deal documentation.
Gain exposure to physical trading and gradually take on trading responsibilities.
Coordinate lease quotes, credit assessments, and onboarding processes.
Liaise across trading, operations, legal, and finance teams to align commercial strategy.
Analyze internal data to support forecasting, pricing decisions, and system accuracy.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in a commercial, trading operations, or trading analyst role (commodities preferred).
Familiarity with physical trading (precious metals/PGMs is a plus).
Strong commercial acumen and global market awareness.
Excellent communication, data analysis, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or Salesforce is a bonus.
