Talent & Employee Engagement Lead - Remote

As the Talent and Employee Engagement Lead you will LEAD by……….

The Talent & Employee Engagement Lead is a member of the extended HR Leadership Team and is responsible for supporting and managing global talent and engagement initiatives for ECMS. The main tasks include responsibility for initiatives related to the ECMS ONE Talent Development Approach as well as supporting key employee engagement initiatives such as Employee Resource Groups & driving the ECMS People Council.

This position will be fully dedicated to helping ECMS Drive their Talent & Engagement Strategy by:

• Supporting the execution of an aligned global talent strategy related to the ONE Talent Development Approach including content & training related to the ECMS Lead Values & Global Competencies
• Support Global Talent Review/Talent Event activities including preparing data and storylines on Leadership Pipeline for ECMS
• Manage the LinkedIn Learning vendor & manage LinkedIn Learning activities for ECMS employees
• Manage the Mentoring Platform Vendor & related activities for ECMS Employees
• Set the strategy for ECMS Employee Resource Groups and coordinate related global activities & events
• Serve as lead of ECMS People Council including agenda preparation and facilitation of People Council meetings
• Support Manager Upskilling including content development and training delivery of Talent & Engagement Related topics
• Support ECMS HR Team with other related topics such as Global Employee Survey, Performance Management projects, Leadership Development projects & Leadership Assessment tools as needed
• Constantly review Success Metrics of internal programs, tools, and resources as well as review external benchmarks to ensure we are remaining cost effective while providing ECMS with best-in-class solutions

Your elements for success……

• Bachelors degree required
• 5 years of talent management, employee engagement or relevant HR experience
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication and presentation/facilitation skills
• Ability to work with all levels within the organization and achieve alignments with various stakeholders
• Strong understanding of HR processes, guidelines, policies, and practices
• Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
• Growth mindset and willingness to drive organizational transformation

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $130k-$160k annually. Actual pay will be determine based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
