As the Head of Americas Indirect Procurement, you will LEAD by……….

As a senior leader in our Procurement organization, you will:

• Lead indirect procurement activities for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional business needs.
• Represent Americas Procurement in leadership forums, contributing to strategic decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
• Guide and develop a team of direct reports across multiple countries in the Americas, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Lead buyers to develop category management approaches for assigned categories together with Global Procurement Team.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and sustainability metrics to ensure continuity and competitiveness in the Americas.
• Interface with the Business partners to ensure supplier performance, sustainability, and innovation are embedded in sourcing strategies relevant to the Americas.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead global negotiations, and manage supplier relationships.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, including single and sole sourcing scenarios, and implement robust contingency plans.

Your elements for success……

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Procurement or related functions such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations.
• Proven track record in Procurement leadership category management, strategy development, and supplier negotiations, ideally in a global industrial environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically diverse teams, especially within the Americas.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and ability to influence across regions and functions.
• Fluent in English, another language is a plus
• High level of ownership, analytical thinking, and business acumen.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $190k-$225k annually. Actual pay will be determine based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
