Employee Relations Specialist/Compliance Investigator


Pay Range $60-$75 dollars per hour or a flat rate agreed upon per project determined by a pre-determined amount hours required 


We are in need of an individual that will work closely with the Head of Human Resources and the Regional Compliance Officer to conduct U.S. investigations arising out of ECMS’s compliance hotline, requested by human resources professionals, and other sources to ensure adherence with ECMS’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, and anti-discrimination policies and compliance with all federal, state, local government regulatory requirements.  This is a project-based role driven by the number of investigations we are working on.  Hours required will vary.  This individual will not be hired as an employee of ECMS but rather partner with on a project basis for a predetermined fee/hourly rate.


As an Employee Relations/Compliance Investigator, you will lead by:


The individual will be expected to conduct objective and thorough investigations by gathering all material facts, interviewing relevant witnesses and presenting a final report detailing facts and findings of each matter with accompanying recommendations for remedial and proactive measures.  Due to the sensitive nature of these investigations, the individual will be asked to exercise a high degree of confidentiality and sense of urgency to complete investigations promptly.

Your Elements for Success:


The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of EEO laws and federal regulations, implementation of affirmative action for women, minorities, veterans, and people with disabilities coupled with your recent hands-on responsibility for EEO and AAP/OFCCP compliance.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $60-$75 dollars per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
