Starting Pay: $22.28

Shift differential - .50/hr. for day shift and $2.50/hr. for night shift

As a Tank Hook-up Operator you will…

• Follow all work instructions, procedures, and hook-up forms to properly attach hoses and make connections from tanks to coating lines.
• Utilize work instructions to guide and troubleshoot and issues with slurry transfers.
• Clean and maintain slurry transfer pipes and pumps.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Ability to remain focused on task at hand and complete processes without distraction.
• Be willing to work with minimal supervision and deal with problems while performing tasks which may require multiple steps.
• Provide real time feedback on daily production status and escalate production issues to the supervisor.
• Recognize when issues should be escalated and when support is needed rather than attempting to solve all problems alone.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal skills.

• Drive 5S implementation.
• Approach day-to-day production activities with a positive attitude, as well as collaborate with other team members on the production floor.  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferred

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $22.28/hourly. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
