As a HD Lead Production Associate you will…

  • Lead safety advocate who is committed to identifying and reducing safety exposures.
  • Intro to Coating Operator Course - This introduction to Coating Operator duties teaches core skills in areas such as Safety, LOTO and Coater basics.
  • Coating Operator Fundamentals I Course – This fundamental Coating Operator course teaches more advanced skills and knowledge and focuses primarily on the Production Lot Package. 
  • Safe Work Permitting Course – This course qualifies you to evaluate the safety hazards associated with maintenance work to be performed and permit the work in your area.
  • Coating PA (Training Inventory) - This review of relevant documents helps you become familiar with the work instructions and standard operating procedures that you need to be successful in your role.
  • Basic understanding of targeting.
  • Basic understanding and usage of CatTrack system.
  • Ability to act confidently as an Enablon report coordinator.
  • Ability to enter maintenance work notifications accurately.
  • Perform Daily Shift Report process
  • Ability to Lead and Coordinate the Work of Others.
  • Act as Peer Trainer in PA Processes.
  • Observe manufacturing processes and recommend modification or change.
  • Assist the department trainer in training courses
  • Assist and direct monthly inventory activities
  • Be backup for Production Associate and Supervisors at times
  • Participate in internal audits and process reviews.
  • Assist in developing, testing, and implementing new processes and procedures.
  • Prepare, update and maintains process documentation.
  • Be able to work any assigned shift and OT as required.
  • Have intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office and relevant technical software required), including the ability to learn various types of software
  • May control confidential/sensitive information

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 Yrs. Manufacturing Experience.
  • Have 2 years’ experience with HD Coating lot evaluation, targeting, and overall operations coordination

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $34.36/hourly. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
