As the Demand and Fulfillment Specialist you will LEAD by…….

 

The Demand & Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in aligning customer demand with production and delivery capabilities. This position is responsible for forecasting customer needs, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

In this role you will

 

Demand Planning

  • Analyze historical sales data, customer forecasts, and market trends to develop accurate demand plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to align forecasts with operational capacity.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on real-time data and customer input.

Order Fulfillment

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from order entry to delivery confirmation.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
  • Track and resolve fulfillment issues, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

Customer Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order status, delivery schedules, and forecast updates.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and improve service levels.
  • Proactively communicate changes or disruptions in supply and work collaboratively to resolve issues.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Generate reports on forecast accuracy, fulfillment performance, and inventory levels.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain responsiveness and agility.

 

Your elements for success…….

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and forecasting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments preferred.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $85k-$100k annually. Actual pay will be determine based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
