As a Contact Supervisor I - you will LEAD by…

  • Establishing, reinforce, and support a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and procedures/policies. Assist with safety event investigations.
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise individual performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Setting goals and objectives of the operations staff of the area.
  • Directing and coordinating activities concerned with production of company product(s) by performing the duties personally and/or through subordinates.
  • Conferring with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards
  • Planning and directing production activities and establish production priorities for products. Work closely with Supply Chain to revise production schedules as needed
  • Coordinating production activities with purchasing, maintenance, and quality to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
  • Reviewing and analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance activities. Collaborate and maintain good communication with cross functional units.
  • Implementing operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
  • Consulting with engineering personnel.
  • Must be able to work 12 hour day shift

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment or 1 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Solid experience managing large groups of operators.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and excellent math skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.


 

This position is a SU06 and will report to Jeremy West.  The position will remain posted until  August 25, 2025.

The competitive Pay Rate for this role is $78,882/annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
