  • Accurately analyze and control costs to improve profitability and support the business decision-making.

 

Main Tasks

  • Monitor and control all production and operational costs accurately to ensure reliable financial data for decision-making.
  • Conduct analysis of all production costs at the site. Provide timely and relevant cost information for pricing and product profitability analysis.
  • Monitor production line efficiency, Investigate and report on variances between standard costs and actual costs, providing insights into the causes and suggesting correcting actions.
  • Maintain and reconcile for SAP cost module to ensure accuracy of SAP master data.
  • Take charge of monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for the site.
  • Support month-end closing activities/Annual audit and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
  • Work closely with other teams to align cost control efforts across departments.
  • Assist in supervising ICTP to ensure alignment with ECMS policy.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the department manager

 

 

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

  • Education: BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Working Experience: with 5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a process-driven manufacturing company. 

 

  • Technical & Professional Knowledge:
  1. Knowledge in basic IFRS accounting principles, practices and procedures with major emphasis in cost

     accounting.

  1. Problem solving and analytical abilities.
  2. Good written and spoken English
  3. Familiarity with MS office (Excel and PowerPoint), Significant experience using Excel pivot table, Power BI is

     preferable.

  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
