What You'll Be Doing

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and compliant movement of materials through our international supply chain. You'll:

  • Manage stock movements and process orders within SAP
  • Create export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and waste transport regulations
  •  Coordinate transport and customs clearance with freight forwarders
  • Maintain accurate records to meet environmental, customs, and responsible sourcing requirements
  • Settle refining batches and monitor precious metal returns
  • Reconcile metal accounts and inventory records
  •  Raise purchase orders and manage supplier payments
  • Verify and label outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance


What We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Essential:

  • Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Transport
  • SAP or ERP system experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of international waste transportation regulations
  • Experience with customs processes and export documentation
  • Continuous improvement mindset
