Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly capable Operations Coordinator to lead and deliver the end-to-end operations plan across production, scheduling, logistics, and compliance. This pivotal role will deliver effective planning that will optimize throughput, uphold service and quality standards with cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is central to the site's operational success. You’ll be empowered to make decisions and drive execution, with strategic support.
Core responsibilities
Operations Scheduling: Own and manage the integrated operations plan across Production, SPA, and Instrument Room.
Delivery & Financial Enablement: Oversee customer delivery inbox/calendar and goods receipt workflows to support financial compliance.
Shipment Coordination: Align blend completion, load building, and shipment scheduling with Supply Chain and Production teams.
Procurement: Raise purchase requisitions for operational consumables using SAP P2P processes.
EHS Compliance: Administer Enablon system, manage incident tracking, MOC, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Efficiency Projects: Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Team Leadership: Support performance, training, and development of logistics personnel.
Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in cross-functional meetings and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
What we expect:
- The environment is dynamic and multi-stakeholder, requiring agility, precision, and strong systems fluency
- You will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, complex formulas).
- Strong SAP expertise in scheduling, purchasing, goods receipt, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Enablon or similar EHS systems.
- Proficient in digital tools for KPI tracking and operational reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- Clear, professional communication style for stand-ups and cross-functional meetings.
- Have a background in operations management, supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with complex scheduling and delivery demands.
