Global Digitalization Manager - Multiple Locations or Remote

As the Global Digitization Manager, you will ……

Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by acting as the critical liaison between business units and IT. This role sits within the business organization and focuses on identifying digital opportunities, aligning them with strategic goals, and ensuring effective execution through cross-functional collaboration. As a global digitalization manager in our business unit, you will influence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way.

• Digital Strategy & Alignment

• Partner with business leaders globally to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into digital requirements and help shape the digital roadmap.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure business priorities are reflected in system architecture, roadmaps, and development timelines.
• Represent CC-EM in IT process and developments
• Program & Change Management
• Lead or support digital transformation programs from a business perspective.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and change management readiness for digital initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and facilitate issue resolution between business and IT teams.
• Leading digital transformation projects and support the digitalization strategy by improving the service with digital solutions in alignment with users, senior management, and IT experts
• Process Optimization & Innovation
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose digital solutions.
• Establishing processes and cross-functional teams in all levels of organization to ensure end-to-end solutions are developed.
• Champion the adoption of digital tools and methodologies that enhance efficiency, transparency, and value creation.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Providing transparency of project progress and spending tracking to Digitalization SteerCo to ensure successful execution of Digital Roadmap.
• Serve as the primary interface between business functions and IT, translating technical jargon into business-friendly language and vice versa.
• Foster collaboration between global business units and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of digital projects.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards.

Your elements for success…

• The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, solid understanding of digital technologies, and proven experience in bridging communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, systems or finance related field or equivalent required.
• Must have proven experience managing and developing teams.
• 7+ years of project management experience in end-to-end business process improvement projects, covering as-is process review, optimization & to-be design and implementation required.
• Deep understanding of IT solution development and service delivery, with an agile implementation approach
• Familiarity with business acumen to ensure ability to understand business needs, requirements, process documentation (Visio) and can assist in translation to tech requirements to work with IT organization to ensure which modern solution that is the connected ecosystem is appropriate to migrate to to achieve business needs and strategy goals required. 
• Understand the systems and processes - business acumen is highest priority and technical would be supported by our IT teams or third party where applicable. They will need to ensure the global project teams remain informed, tasks are completed and able to bring teams and processes that are disconnected and siloed today into one Global application.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority required.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Experience successfully collaborating with external consultants/vendors required.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for making complex things simpler across diverse teams, including the ability to quickly understand manual processes and help transform them into systemic solutions.
