Shift Engineer - Coating

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling of Shifts by judicious allocation of Manpower based on priority & requirement in carrying out the Production activity.
• Achieving targeted efficiency in Production with focus on COPQ - Quality by reducing Rework and Rejection.
• Monitoring and ensuring a stable Production process with attention to achieve Process Capability (cp, cpk & 3 Sigma)With a focused approach.
• Coordination and effective time management in reducing the Setup time and Synergy with Maintenance dept. in ensuring availability of Production machineries towards achieving Improved Utilization.
• Monitoring and Managing of Precious Metal control in Coating.
• Update, monitor and analyze Production records and take corrective and improvement actions.
• Monitoring, improving, and reinforcing Clean and Safe Work environment by following the best practices of 3C & 5S.
• Formulate, implement, and adhere to Quality Management Systems like IATF16949, ISO14001,  ISO 45001  & 5 STAR requirements of Hyundai leading to Customer Satisfaction.
